Our children – like most children I know – are absolutely crazy about playgrounds. The nice thing about going to playgrounds with kids is that it gives you a perfect excuse to revisit your own childhood. Climbing the slide and riding the swings also gives you a great workout, a real bonus when you don’t have much time for physical activity.
