Dr Amanda's Six-Week Face-to-Face Coaching Program
During this face-to-face coaching program I will personally teach you the skills you need to lose weight and keep it off for life.This program consists of three face-to-face appointments (and a total of 2 hours of personal coaching) with me over an approximately six week period, followed by twelve months of e-mail support from me as described here.
If you're serious about fitting into your favorite clothes this summer as well as next summer, this program is for you.
I recommend that you start with a 45 minute appointment when you commence the program, followed by a second 45 minute appointment two weeks later. This ensures that you have learned how to manage your weight by connecting with your body signals, and enables identification of the key actions you need to focus on to get the best result from your efforts.
We then meet again two to four weeks later at a mutually convenient time for a check-in of about 30 minutes. This enables you to discuss your particular challenges with a renowned weight loss scientist who's been through it all herself, and to learn tailored strategies that will help you lose weight and keep it off in a way that fits your lifestyle.
