Refund and Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be issued by funds transfer within 14 working days of receipt of your refund request.
Books and Tools
We will happily exchange or refund at any time, provided the goods are in original condition and packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase. Books that have been signed or dedicated are not refundable. We are unable to refund freight/shipping charges (except in circumstances where the goods are faulty, have been misdescribed or do not match the sample shown).
To return something you must first contact us, we will then give you instructions on how best to return your order so we can process your refund.
Face-to-face, telephone and e-mail coaching
Full refunds will be given in any of the following circumstances.
- If you choose not to proceed with a face-to-face or telephone coaching program or appointment for any reason, a full refund or fee waiver will be given when notice by e-mail, phone or snail mail is received by your coach at least 72 hours before your first appointment.
- If you complete a first face-to-face or telephone coaching appointment and are not completely satisfied that the information provided will be of benefit to you, a full refund or fee waiver will be given if you inform your coach of your decision prior to leaving the appointment venue or ending the telephone call.

If you choose not to proceed with an e-mail coaching program, a full
refund will be given only when notice by e-mail, phone or snail mail is
received by your coach within 72 hours after your coach's first
assessment of your Success Diary or within 21 days of receipt of your
payment, whichever is sooner. No part refunds will be given on e-mail
coaching programs.
Part refunds will be given in any of the following circumstances.

If you have registered for a face-to-face or telephone coaching program
and have completed your first appointment but decide not to continue
the program for any reason, a part refund will be given only if you
inform your coach of your decision via e-mail, phone or snail mail
within 72 hours after completion of your first appointment. The amount
refunded will be 40% of the cost of the program.
In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule an
appointment, a time change will be granted only when notice by
phone, e-mail or snail mail is received by your coach at least 48 hours
prior to your scheduled appointment, or in the case of serious illness if a
written request is accompanied by a medical certificate.

that we cannot accept responsibility for changes in your work commitments
or personal circumstances.

If you Ask Dr Amanda a Question but decide not to proceed with your request, a refund will be given only when notice by e-mail is received within 3 hours from the time you submit your payment. Please Contact Dr Amanda to request a refund.
Workshops
Please choose your workshop carefully. A refund will be given only when notice by phone, e-mail or snail mail is received at least 7 days before the workshop, or in the case of serious illness if a written request is accompanied by a medical certificate.
Dr Amanda Sainsbury-Salis and Zuman International Pty Ltd regret that we cannot accept responsibility for changes in your work commitments or personal circumstances.
All workshops need a minimum number of registrants to proceed.
If your workshop does not have enough registrants, it will be cancelled and you will be informed by phone or e-mail. Your workshop fee will be refunded in full.
We leave the decision to cancel a workshop to within 48 hours of the workshop commencement to maximize the chances that the minimum number of students will be reached.
In the event of workshop cancellation, we will make every effort to contact you. When registering, please provide your daytime telephone and e-mail contact details accurately. However, final confirmation is your responsibility and you should always check this website one working day before course commencement to confirm that the workshop is going ahead.
