New Advanced Workshop: Why Most Diets Fail and What to do About it
I often hear people say, "I don't understand why I don't lose weight. I only eat healthy foods, I do loads of exercise, but my weight just doesn't go down".
Most people I've met who are concerned about their weight have pretty healthy habits and are mindful of how much exercise they do.
However, as a weight loss scientist with over eighteen years of experience, I've noticed that people struggling with their weight invariably make three of ten common mistakes that prevent them from losing weight.
Most people are not aware that these mistakes are standing in their way of weight loss success. Hence, they struggle for years and even decades with ineffective weight loss strategies.
When I coach people and help them to identify and then change their three weight loss mistakes, they are then able to start losing weight in an empowered and liberating way.
